Please read these terms of service carefully before using our service. They outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products. Do not order a product or service if you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your use of hosting and related services (“Services”) provided by Apect (the “Service Provider”). Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Apect. Your registration and use of our system imply acceptance of these Terms.
Apect offers various game hosting solutions (including Minecraft, Rust, Ark, and Palworld) and related web services. We strive to ensure maximum accessibility of your services via the internet. Use of these services is subject to timely payments; failure to settle due payments may result in service suspension or termination at our discretion.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and game-specific End User License Agreements. Specifically, Minecraft servers must adhere to the Mojang/Microsoft EULA. Prohibited activities include DDoS attacks, crypto-mining, resource abuse on shared nodes, or hosting malicious content.
Apect is not responsible for any issues that arise due to data corruption or loss. While we may provide automated backup tools, they are provided as a convenience only. We strongly recommend that customers regularly maintain their own off-site backups of all world files and configurations.
Refunds are permissible only under the following conditions, though Apect reserves the right to refuse a refund at its sole discretion:
A request must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction.
The customer must not have previously invoked a refund under this policy.
Refunds are not accepted for dedicated servers, domains, or third-party licenses.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time via the billing portal. Apect also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason, resulting in a loss of service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apect and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.
In the event of any ambiguity regarding our terms or services, Apect reserves the right to provide clarification and disambiguation to ensure understanding and compliance.
